These past few months, life has been a whirlwind, and achieving work-life balance feels more like a luxury than a priority. Yet, in my true Angila fashion, I’ve adapted. I’ve always challenged the norm, resisting conformity, but staying authentic while navigating professional and personal spaces has been a delicate dance. I’ve found myself retreating at times, observing as my career evolves alongside me, nudged gently by the universe to do the same.
I am blessed to wear many hats: writer, motivational speaker, interior decorator, matchmaker, dog mom, wife, mother, and friend. Yet, this year, I made a promise to step outside my comfort zone and embrace authenticity, no matter the cost. They say life begins at the end of your comfort zone, and I’m experiencing that truth as I lean into growth.
People often tell me I’m easy to talk to, with an uplifting and comforting spirit. Over the years, I’ve worked with nearly 300 individuals who’ve shared their dreams, fears, and failures with me, teaching me as much as I’ve taught them. These moments, where I tap into my higher self to provide exactly what’s needed, are deeply fulfilling. They remind me of the joy I find in helping others—and yes, even in telling people what to do!
But while others come to me for answers, I don’t claim to have it all figured out. Life is a journey of constant learning and redefining ourselves. The answers we seek often lie within us. By turning inward—seeking the “kingdom of heaven” within—we can uncover the wisdom and strength to grow. From this inner clarity, everything else in life aligns and falls into place.
XOXO Angila
